Shipping and Returns
Standard Shipping: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm will be shipped out the same day they are placed. Orders placed after 2pm or on the weekend will be shipped out the next business day. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS exceptions beyond our control.
In-store Pickup: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm will be processed the same day they are placed. Customer will receive email when order is ready to be picked up at desired location. If a transfer from one store to the other is needed due to inventory availability, customer will be notified and given a time estimate.
**CHRISTMAS GIFT RETURNS: Returns will be accepted until January 10, 2018 for a full refund.**
Returns are accepted within 14 days for full refund. All returns must be received within 14 days of the original order date. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains, you will not be given a refund and items will be sent back. If an item you received is damaged or incorrect, please call 231-932-0510 for assistance.
1. Please review our return policy above to make sure you meet all of the return requirements. Returns that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted.
2. Place returns in a shipping safe box and include return form and packing slip. We do not provide shipping labels. You can choose to ship the product back to us with a carrier that is convenient and affordable for you. Be sure to get insurance and a tracking number on your return. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages sent to jb and me. You can use the same packaging that the item arrived in, be sure to take off the original label.

4. Once your package has been received at jb and me and the products have been inspected, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. While jb and me will process the refund within five business days, your bank may require additional time to process and post the transaction to your account. You will receive an email with our return has been processed.
**Local shoppers: Feel free to take your return back to the boutique with your return form and packing slip!
Exchanges: If you would like to make an exchange, please notify us right away by calling 231-932-0510 to make sure that we have the product in-stock and can place it on hold until your return arrives. You can also email email@example.com with your order number, name, and the item you would like to exchange. Exchanges will not be charged shipping. You are responsible for the return shipping.
